1) Why did you become an optometrist?

I became an optometrist because I wanted to work in the healthcare field and make a meaningful difference in people's lives. I understand how important vision is to a person's overall quality of life, and I enjoy helping patients protect and improve their eye health. I also value the opportunity to serve my community by building relationships with patients and providing compassionate, comprehensive eye care.

2) What inspired you to practice in Charlotte?

I love that Charlotte is close to both the mountains and the beach, with convenient access to a major airport, making it easy to travel and enjoy everything the region has to offer. Overall, Charlotte felt like the perfect place to build both my career and my personal life.

3) What is your favorite thing about being an eye doctor?

My favorite part of being an eye doctor is helping people solve problems that impact their daily lives. I value being able to diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions. Whether it's improving blurry vision, treating dry eye, or removing a foreign body, I enjoy seeing patients leave feeling better than when they came in. It's especially rewarding to follow patients over time and see their symptoms improve with treatment.

4) What do you feel makes Reflect Vision Care different?

I believe Reflect Vision Care stands out because of its commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The practice prioritizes doing what is best for each patient rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

5) What do you like to do when you're not seeing patients?

When I'm not seeing patients, I enjoy spending time outdoors and exploring everything the Charlotte area has to offer. I love going to the mountains, visiting the beach, and running on the trails around Charlotte. I also enjoy trying new restaurants and discovering new places with friends and family.
